The Federation of Chinese Canadians in Markham and York Region will be hosting Flag Raising ceremonies with the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Toronto on Sunday September 30, 2018 at the Richmond Hill Municipals Offices (at 10am), Markham Civic Centre ( at noon) and Vaughan Civic Centre ( at 3pm) to celebrate the Chinese heritage and the ties between our nations.
