Taste of Asia
Want to be a part of our famous Taste of Asia festival?
Each summer, Markham sees the coming together of dazzling cultural performances, culinary artists, iconic celebrities, dignitaries, sports fans, artisans, and food connoisseurs. This year’s event will fill the streets with three days of non-stop multicultural performances for families and friends. Volunteer positions include 30-40 hours of community service.

The Taste of Asia executive committee has created a unique opportunity for exceptional members of the community to get involved with the planning of this huge event. If you are interested in collaborating with the executive Taste of Asia planning committee and developing leadership skills to coordinate Canada’s largest Asian Festival, this position is for you!
